Great class! Very knowledgeable and friendly instructor, I will definitely be back for more events. My only note is that this class would be better an hour or so earlier as this time makes it a bit harder to work around.

My wife and I loved the class. It was a great way to start Valentines Day. I really enjoyed this style of Yoga. Great breathing and stretching with a low-medium intensity workout. I would definitely recommend.
