This class will make you sweat! It is an intense class that has plenty of great music that will push you to your limits! Sofia will give you modifications, for example if you have knee issues and can’t do regular jumping jacks then step jacks would be an appropriate modification. I highly recommend this class for anyone looking for a challenge!
