I found Milly to be very personable and super engaging. I appreciated that since this was my first class at Solea, Milly took the time to introduce me to class members as they entered. I’ve taken yoga at other facilities but found some new poses and routines in this class. I’ll be back!

The gym is nice, but it’s close to the Fitness room. We can hear the music from the Fitness room and it interferes with the yoga class.
