I totally enjoy the chair yoga. Priya is excellent!!! I actually have ask her if there is a chance to have a cardio exercise class at woodcrest !? It would benefit us older people !!! Thank you

The Sports Massage was exactly what I needed. I spend 12 hours a day at work with a majority of that at a desk. The pain in my neck, back, and upper shoulders was becoming a nuisance and is something I have been tolerating for the last 3 weeks. I already hit a chiropractor once a week for maintenance. And while that has been successful in the past for managing back pain, it has been ineffective on managing my current issues. However, after 20 minutes, I felt like a new man! Lonelle was very personable, listened to my symptoms, and got to work. I will be back.

I really enjoyed the Cardio Core class! I haven't attended a fitness class in like a decade and I found this 30 min class to be a great way to get my heart pumping and get back into a fitness routine. The exercises kicked my butt, but they felt accessible and (for the most part) I was able to keep up with the pace. This class cycled between different workouts every 20-30 seconds, so it's great for folks who get bored doing the same thing for 30 minutes straight.

Anyone who hasn’t met Jeremy or not yet taken the Cardio Strength Building class on Sundays at 9am is missing out. Jeremy is an excellent instructor and teacher. He comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience with an extensive background as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist as well as Certified Coach and Trainer. His ability to motivate everyone in class regardless of age or one’s condition makes the w.o fun, challenging and rewarding. His expertise and knowledge ensures you will get the maximum benefit out of our time together. His music is up beat, his pacing from our warm up to cool down, in between using free weights and or kettle weights, from squats to floor exercises, he makes sure we use every muscle group for a comprehensive workout. Plus he’s thoughtful, caring and kind.
