Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the body's deepest tissues, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. This improves joint mobility, circulation and balance for our internal organs. Throughout the class, the instructor will provide guided meditation opportunities to stay grounded, focused, and mindful.
Please bring your own pillows and blankets to support yourself during these poses, along with a yoga mat.
