The class was great for easing back into yoga after the hiatus I've taken. During the class I was able to leave my anxiety behind and focus on the moment rather than the next day or the future. I felt refreshed and calm for the evening.

Great class! Loved the slower warm up and dedication to a proper cool down. Pumped to have regular classes at Cedar Hills! Such a great idea.

Emily was great! She was adaptive to her surroundings and the people in the class. My one recommendation would be to speak up a little louder and try to give basic descriptions as we move through the practice. There were a few people in the class new to yoga and I think they would have benefited from more simple language explanations of the poses. Overall very well done.

Emily was a well spoken very descriptive instructor. It was my first time ever going to a group yoga class, the pace was perfect. I enjoyed it very much. Looking forward to the next class!!
