The vinyasa yoga flow class started out light to ease students in and then shifted to a moderately intense workout of several yoga postures. It was the perfect mix of introducing physical movement and mindfulness. The class ended with her subtly infusing the air with essential oils and vibrations with her sound bowl.

I think it would be great if at the beginning of class we had more guidance about if/when yoga mats are needed. I noticed everyone had their mats out for the whole class, but we weren't on the ground until the very end of the session. Most people also don't seem to want to do their standing exercises on their mats, so they stand next to them instead. Given the size of the room, it would be helpful to be told if and when they are needed, to maximize space.

The Mindful Mobility class is a perfect pairing with the 6:30 pm strengthening class. Please keep these pairs together for Monday night - a majority of the class would like to see Mindful Mobility continue - we noticed that in March it was replaced. The class appeals to all ages - we range in age from mid 20s to almost 70! The stretches were perfect for all and really appreciated! Thank you!

Chelsea is an incredibly masterful yoga instructor who welcomes her students with warmth and gentleness. She first asks each student individually what they would like to work on and then crafts her flow to help those designated areas. Her voice is both inviting and serene throughout the class. Her direction and guidance were without interruption and always allowed her students to return to simple yet relaxing poses like child's pose. Her vinyasa flow class challenges your body's limits with a wide array of stretches and allows you to recover during a peaceful yet rewarding period of savasana.

Andrew constantly challenges you. When he notices you're ready to move to the next weight or modification he provides the options and the nudge but is never forceful. I always leave a session feeling good and hate missing any. Thankfully Andrew is a pro at handling sarcasm and can keep sessions on task. Definitely recommend.

Rooftop is a great venue for yoga, but can only fit about 8 people. It would be helpful if we could move furniture to make more room
