In-Person: Strength and Mobility

I took Alex’s Strength and Mobility class for the first time this Thursday, and he was very good. The energy was contagious, making even the toughest workouts enjoyable.
There were only four of us and he demonstrated the exercises clearly and provided modifications for those who needed them, ensuring everyone got the most out of the class. It felt good after a week of hard work. I would totally recommend Alex if you’d like to have a good workout.

Great class that eases you in with yoga mobility and light core exercises before breaking into more vigorous strength-training calisthenics and band exercises for the second half-hour. (4:30 and 5PM segments, respectively)

A bit warm inside but the bleachers were a good place to cool off. Should be OK in a month or so.

Overall the location is very convenient, the only thing that could be done better is that one of the building staff was switching the equipment (from volleyball to basketball) in the middle of class and it was a little distracting.
