Get fired up! Nick is motivating, knowledgeable and fun. He provides feedback on proper form to keep you injury-free. He sets the bar high while providing modifications to keep you moving and positive. (my glutes were crying the next day, but that's a good thing, right?!! ;) Thanks Nick!

Elizabeth is great because she is responsive to questions, will mix up the activities based on our needs, and will even send links to helpful exercised to try in-between classes. She is supportive, non-judgmental and easy to talk with about HIIT.

I really appreciate that she showed several options that we could use depending on our ability. I would appreciate some type of written reference so that I could practice at home. This could be a book reference—there are so many out there that it would be nice to have a little direction.

Elsa is an experienced trainer and helps the group focus on core strength. The workout plans Elsa brings to class are fun and great for all level. Last one month with these weekend classes has motivated me to focus on my health.

Ellie is a great instructor. The class was a great beginner session catered to not be too hard or tiring. Her pace made it easy to keep up, her voice rhythm was soothing. Overall very relaxing, the next one can probably be a little advanced.

A very good coach! Really relaxes her class with several techniques. I loved the essential oils at the end of the class. I’d love to have Millie continue classes at Kinects!
