Elizabeth was able to tailor the session to suit my need to address shoulder pain. The hour session went by so quickly and it helped bring some energy back to me. I am looking forward to her next session.

I am very happy with Jennie's teaching style. She checked in to see about any previous injuries or limitations,and to see what people's previous yoga experience was so she could tailor the class to people's needs. The class was well-paced and I liked her verbal instructions and subtle positive encouragement. A great instructor!

It's a huge nice space with fantastic views, but it was a hot day and I don't think the temperature was controlled for that floor, so it was pretty hot in the class. Other than that it was great!
