This was my first yoga class, and I'm definitely coming back for more. Hatha yoga was a really good fit for me, and the positions and practice we did is something I can replicate on my own. Great experience.

The format of the class was perfect and was what I expected based on the description. It was challenging but Matt was a great coach and gave clear instructions and demo’d each move. It was super convenient to have a session in the building gym! Can’t wait for the next one.
