The class was great. I've only done yoga at home by myself. This was my first class experience, I was worried I wouldn't do as well in a class but it went very smoothly. I'll definitely be doing this class again!

Thoroughly worked out! I really appreciate the stretching cool down and I think that significantly reduced soreness the next couple of days. Slept like the dead that night!

6 students total was about ideal. The program was engaging all the way through. I feel lightly sore today in the best way! Like we were pushing just a little outside of the comfort zone.

Amazing! Crazy good! I've been out of shape for a long time and couldn't do about 30% of the routines due to my spine being fused but i could do the other 70% and this class was very intense for me as I felt my leg muscles atrophy mid-way through it, my arm, shoulders, ab muscles atrophy as well. I didn't think I had a body left to move any muscles by the end of it. This told me how out of shape I was really in and how great this class was for me on getting in shape!!! So intense and I'm as happy as i could be when I got home and told family about it. I'm sold and can't wait to hurt and burn some more on the next one. THANK YOU!!

Had a lovely introduction to Slow Flow! Allison was caring and patient, and I felt I was in a very supportive environment. I’m almost 50 and not very bendy 😬, but I was inspired to push a little further than I would’ve on my own. And I slept BEAUTIFULLY that night, which is a small miracle. I think any level could benefit from her class!

John took the time to greet each participant and ask about injures or other limitations they might have to the work out. Since my knees are worn down from years of soccer we were able to modify some of the excercises for me. The workout was well organized and efficient. The only negative was that there weren’t enough 10 and 15lb dumb bells for the women in the class who wanted to use them. If our gym had more equipment we all could benefited more from dumbbell excercises.

Marva subbed for the regular teacher and did an AMAZING JOB. I would take her class anyday. Her class is great for beginners or advanced alike. Her energy was warm, enthusiastic, encouraging, and calming. The sequence of poses was lovely and got us working just the right amount. Thanks again to Marva for driving all the way to South Sound from Seattle to provide a great class!

John is a really great coach! I've taken a number of crossfit and hiit training classes and have had a number of different trainers and John does a great job of being encouraging and motivating without being condescending, he watches how you position your body to make sure you are safe, and his classes are challenging but not too much or too little. Every time I take a class, I feel like I get a good workout and look forward to coming back. Thanks John!

The extremely bright lights are not great for poses on the back. Would be nice if the lights could dim.

Clean, quiet, and relaxing. I like the accent wall on the back wall; and I like using the mirror to monitor my body posture and position during different yoga poses. My only suggestion is providing Sani-wipes for cleaning the yoga mat afterwards.

Equipment is up to date, safe, and effective. The space is adequate for individuals and for group fitness classes such as the Body Blitz class. My only suggestion is a few more light-weight dumbells for beginners and women. Other than that the gym is quite impressive.
