Priscilla led an outstanding core cardio class. The class was fun, fast-paced, and easy to follow. She provides modifications so the class could work well for someone who needs modifications, up to a very fit athlete or fitness buff. Way more fun than doing core or cardio solo.

Class was simply amazing. Nelly makes it so easy to engage and to get comfortable with something new for me like virtual classes.
