When I’m not on the mat, you’ll often find me hiking, kayaking or exploring the great outdoors. Nature is my sanctuary, and I draw immense inspiration from its beauty and tranquility. I strive to infuse this sense of calm and connection into my classes, creating a space where everyone feels welcome and supported.
