I am extremely positive and energetic Trainer with more that 12 years of experience, who will provide innovative instruction to groups and individuals with a variety of educational and inspirational classes and 1:1 trainings to promote health, wellness and fitness. As a former classical ballerina I am an expert in barre workout, which improves the proper body alignment, strength and posture.
Also, I like to educate members on healthy life style and complement their fitness goals.
