About Kathleen (Kit):
Hello, My name is Kit Chambers. After watching my parents, both active well into their 80s, lose balance and strength I became determined to do all i could to focus on those aspects of my personal fitness routine. I returned to practicing yoga after 30 years, and as a natural progression sought my 200 hour certification to be an instructor. I love sharing all the many benefits of a regular yoga practice with all abilities and interest levels.
