Nick was great. He adapted to accommodate our capacities and was very attentive in keeping our postures right, thorough out our work out. This was a lot of fun

Get fired up! Nick is motivating, knowledgeable and fun. He provides feedback on proper form to keep you injury-free. He sets the bar high while providing modifications to keep you moving and positive. (my glutes were crying the next day, but that's a good thing, right?!! ;) Thanks Nick!

Personal and approachable. The training was accessible and although my core and myself aren’t in the best of shape, Nick gave a workout that I could do and feel good about.

Oh well..he was awesome. I really loved his way of illustrating each one of the workouts step by step n he pointed out wherever it was needed. He answered all of my questions. He was very patient throughout the session even on my silly mistakes😝. I will look forward to join his class sooner.😄

Great first meeting with Nick. This was not a training but an assessment to inform future trainings. Nick was clear and informative throughout the process and made me smarter on a bunch of things. He's got an easy to connect to style - backed by a lot of competence. I'm from the east coast, so don't suffer the PNW passive aggressive disorder...if there was something constructive to share, I would have included it here... it really was a 10/10 session on the what and how. I'm excited to have Nick in my corner as I try to push the boundaries of my endurance efforts while remaining healthy. DG

Nick was fun, positive, and pushed me to get the most out of my workout without making any sacrifices in my form. He also taught me some new tricks I could use to check my form when I don't have a trainer. Highly recommend.

Nick's a great coach. He keeps class interesting and is always there to correct form and help work around injuries. He is full engaged which makes me want to focus more.

Amazing! I learned so much in this one session, had a really great workout without being in pain (but still pushing myself), and was very appreciative that Nick Give me a summary of the exercises we performed and a homework assignment as requested. Definitely coming back next week!!

Explained everything. For each exercise, explained how it helps and which part of muscles it is impacting. Asked about personal goals and told which exercises suits best for that. Yeah he was very friendly, told his experience.

Nick was very communicative, explained each exercise properly, kept an eye on all of us during the session and provided timely guidance. I had told him about my injured shoulder at the beginning of class and he checked in with me regularly to make sure the shoulder was okay during all the exercises.

Nick is fantastic! I have a number of injuries that I need to work around and gradually strengthen while I exercise, and Nick is phenomenal at adapting when I am presenting with pain or new symptoms. I have made massive strides in both my pain reduction and my overall fitness because of his careful guidance. If you need a trainer with an eye on health and medical considerations, definitely go with Nick.

Nick is an AMAZING trainer! Every single workout is different and interesting. You can tell he puts a lot of thought into the programs he develops for each of his clients. He has a great eye for technique and is great about communicating what I need to work on. Nick pushes my limits every time we meet. I am lifting weights and running distances that I never thought I would be able to.

For this training session, we tried out Evolv gym. Nick was very creative and made good use of the facilities at Evolv. I got to try out boxing for the first time in my life. It's was great fun.

Nick is a great trainer. He pushes me to my limit every time. The workout itself was tough and my muscle burns, but after the workout, I feel great! We did mainly upper body strength today and weight training at the Eastside gym. I'm preparing for a triathlon event in June, and I would certainly love to continue to train with Nick until the event and possibly afterwards.
