It's a great are as far as machines, but a bit small. I look forward to training on the machines. I'd like them to add a leg press machine, that is good for osteoporosis. The free weights and weight bars are great! The area is always clean and welcoming.

I love the gym at Amberlin@The Station. It has all the machines I need, and then some. It motivates me to keep moving knowing I don't have to get in my car to get to the gym.
