This class is catered to participants of all fitness levels. It targets all muscle groups by engaging in dynamic and isometric movements. Throughout the class, the instructor will provide mobility exercises to bring down the heart rate and build mindfulness of each movement. Toward the end of class, the instructor will provide a guided mindfulness activity to help participants leave feeling relaxed and prepared for the rest of the day.
