The timings are not great as the gum opens at 8 am so working people can't really work out in the mornings and in the evening since everyone has that 2 hour window, most of the gym equipment are always crowded and impossible.

Gym area is very good clean and good. All apparatus are also working fine.

Gym is great. Could be better, like they can make sure the treads are all working. can add a coat hanger/rack in the GYM. And above all can open it from atleast 6 am if not 24 hours which is the case with almost all gyms now-a-days. Since it opens at 8 am, working people can't go to the gym in the morning which sucks.
