About Ash:
Welcome! I'm Ash, a dedicated practitioner and teacher of Vinyasa yoga, Tai Chi, and self-defense. My journey began in 2015 with yoga, where I discovered the power of movement and breath in creating balance and strength both internally and externally. By 2017, I embraced Tai Chi, captivated by its flow and depth, which led me to also explore Tai Chi Chuan, deepening my understanding of energy and harmony. My passion for empowering others and fostering a sense of security led me to study Hapkido self-defense starting in 2020, and I began sharing this powerful practice with students in 2024.
