Hey everyone!
My name is Gene and I've been a NASM (Nationally Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for the past 9 years. I work great with helping my Clients achieve their specific fitness and health goals. I've helped a middle aged man lose 20 lbs in 2 months. I've helped women lose their desired body fat while toning and tightening their entire bodies. I help men build muscle while lowering their body fat percentages at the same time. I do this with women as well. I help my clients improve their cardiovascular endurance, stamina, and increase their overall flexibility. I also help my clients gain confidence in their lives, make their health a part of their daily life, and live happier lives.
I'm available for in Person Group Fitness Classes, and Private one on one Personal Training sessions. I'm looking forward to meeting you!

Ian 4 Month Training Results - front double bicep
This is Ian! We would Personal Train together twice per week. We did resistance Training with dumbbells, kettlebells, and his bodyweight with calisthenics. This type of Training helped him gain muscle throughout his entire body. We did functional rotational Training exercises with medicine balls and bodyweight HIIIT (high intensity interval training) to help him lose his desired body fat.
