About Jennifer:
I began my yoga journey by seeking tranquility and relief from anxiety. Through dedicated practice and study, I've discovered yoga’s profound ability to stabilize my mind. For me, yoga is more than just what happens on the mat - yoga is about uniting the individual (mind/body) with the self (soul/divine essence) through asana, pranayama, and meditation.
My classes offer creative sequencing, clear and compassionate instruction for safe alignment, and may include flowing Vinyasa, slow movement with the breath and/or a grounding and supportive mix of Vinyasa and Yin styles of yoga that integrate pranayama throughout class.
