About Katelyn:

Hello! I am a creative and passionate yoga and meditation teacher striving to help students challenge their minds, bodies and spirits on the journey to their highest selves. My teaching approach stems from Iyengar traditions; you can expect my class to emphasize functional alignment, conscious muscular engagement, and fluid transitions within the framework of an innovative Vinyasa sequence.

My mission is to impart the richness of yoga’s ancient teachings about spiritual evolution in practical, everyday ways so that you leave feeling empowered, awakened, and enlightened. After 500+ hours of training and thousands of classes taught, I am honored and delighted to hold the sacred space for you in my class to move, feel, release, and expand freely in your pursuit of what brings peace and joy.
