I have been teaching Group Fitness and Yoga classes for over ten years. I teach a variety of Group Exercise formats which include Yoga, Pilates, Barre and Tabata HIIT classes. My goal is to encourage participants to achieve their fitness goals in a fun and welcoming environment.
