Hello,
My name is Michelle. I’ve been a yogi for 6 years, and a teacher for 2 years. I fell in love with the practice of yoga simply because of how I would feel leaving a class and the drive I had for wanting more. My mentor Susan Wiens made me who I am as a teacher today, i aspire to be like her. I would always leave class happy and felt like I was where I was meant to be. Yoga is derived from the meaning to “yoke”, meaning community, uniting together for the same purpose. I want to teach students what I know, to not only feel good leaving the mat, but feel a sense of community as well. I am certified in Hatha Yoga, but take a great interest in different practices focusing on alignment and posture as well as breath and meditation. I absolutely love a well rounded class, I hope I can bring this to you.
