About Natasha:
For me, what being a yoga teacher is all about, is facilitating a space where all can find joy, healing, relaxation through mindful movement, community, and breath work.
Making yoga accessible, enjoyable, and empowering is my passion, and I strive to do so by creating an environment where the use of props and modifications to make poses assessable for ALL bodies is encouraged. At the same time, I always offer ways to take postures further, making classes enriching for more advanced students.
Slow Flow Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Hatha, and Classic Vinyasa Yoga are the styles that are my specialty!
I studied Yoga and got my 200 hour YTT in beautiful Isla Mujeres, Mexico. The Mayan culture and appreciation for nature + the elements are a big part of what makes it such a special place, and I am very fortunate that these have been an influence on my training. I strive to bring a little bit of the serene island life that I got to know, while living there, into every class I teach.
