About Neha:

I am Neha from India, with an experience of more than 8 years, in personal training. I specialise in Yoga, Strength training, Prenatal & Postnatal.

I have helped hundred plus clients maintain their fitness and become stronger and some improve their condition while having issues such as cancer, liver cirrhosis, bariatric, kidney transplant, PCOD, asthma, depression etc.
Dealing with clients and understanding what they are going through has always taught me something new about fitness and its importance. It fills me with joy and gratitude each day when I see happiness and smiles on their faces with some getting stronger, some being cured of their chronic pains and to-be-mothers feeling confident as they prepare for labor and delivery of their child.
I wake up each morning with a sense of purpose and strive to keep improving, keep learning and give my clients the best possible experience in their journey towards healthy and mindful living.
