About Rachel:

I'm Rachel, a Yogi from my teen years & now a Yoga Teacher offering a variety of different practices. Teaching since 2020, I offer classes in Hatha, the 26x2 Hot Series, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra & Meditation. I am a firm believer in a balanced, accessible class that offers modifications for all skill & mobility levels. Having a set of bionic hips for the last 10 years, I have personally experienced extremely vast levels of mobility as well as the need for a balance of strength & flexibility in the body. While I like to keep my classes anatomy & movement focused, I enjoy bringing some of the other principles of Yoga and Ayurveda beyond just Asana to students, especially in Meditations. I can personally attest to the healing & strengthening powers of Yoga & movement in general & I love to share my practice with others to help them find and create their own practice.
