This class begins with elements of slow, deep, and stretch with abundant variations to meet the needs of all bodies regardless of flexibility levels. Opening one’s body, mind, and energy from a place of cool stretch and intention allows the mind to slow and the true nature of meditation and mindfulness to accompany yoga poses as we breathe and move.
Vinyasa flow (one breath, one movement) builds sustainable and organic heat, allowing for opportunities to safely learn both foundations and intermediate variations of poses while building strength. This growth process is different for each yogi.
