In this class, we will explore yoga's physical, mental, and emotional benefits through simple movement, mindfulness, and breathwork. The poses in this class are designed to encourage openness in the body and find rest and rejuvenation for the mind. Gentle Yoga is perfect for those new to yoga and seasoned yogis.
