Our Lap Swim Basics class is designed for swimmers looking to enhance their confidence and efficiency in lap swimming. If you cannot perform the basic crawl stroke/freestyle or backstroke comfortably, we ask that you schedule a private session by messaging the coach.

Who Should Attend:
This workshop is ideal for individuals who can already swim independently and able to perform the basic stroked but are seeking to refine their technique. If you're still building confidence in swimming alone, we recommend scheduling private lessons with one of our certified swim coaches for personalized instruction.

What to Bring:
Please bring your goggles, cap, and towel, and wear appropriate swimming attire.
