She stressed about being hydrated and taking time out if we needed to. And she allowed us to go wild and be spontaneous on some of the dance moves. Had a ball and my son joined me in a couple of moves. Overall I had a blast!

Jess is a professional, she kept the class lively and engaged, she provided clear instructions with options. She is a very good Instructor and her music selection was excellent.
