Get ready to build strength in your upper body in this 30-minute, workout class focused on bodyweight exercises. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class will guide you through a series of dynamic movements targeting your chest, shoulders, back, and arms.

The workout begins with a brief warm-up to increase blood flow and loosen up muscles. From there, we’ll dive into challenging circuits, including push-ups, planks, dips, and various isometric holds designed to build endurance and strength.

Expect to feel the burn as you work through sets with varying tempos, incorporating both fast-paced and controlled movements to maximize muscle activation. Core work is included to support your upper body and improve stability. The class concludes with a cool-down and stretch to enhance flexibility and aid recovery.
