About Jessica:
Jessica has been practicing and teaching yoga for 20 years and is currently working towards completion of an Yoga Rehabilitation certification for TBI issues. She gravitates towards a more vigorous practice: mixing elements of styles like Ashtanga, Kundalini, Iyengar, and Vinyasa Flow to create unique yoga classes that emphasize muscle endurance, alignment, flexibility, and balance.
She is honored to assume the role of teacher and takes great satisfaction in helping others to discover their true potential through yoga.
