Sara's gentle manner, clear instructions, and knowledgeable teaching make me feel so at ease. With Sara I'm also comfortable knowing that my form is correct and I won't experience an injury - even though I take an online class with her, it's like she can see her students as she gives good reminders and makes helpful corrections to our posture in each pose!
