Malcom was excellent as always! He & Nichelle make it fun to workout, but not only fun but I can actually see an improvement in my mobility which ha been a real concern lately. I will continue to be present to as many sessions as possible.

Awesome class and having it in the building is super convenient given my work schedule. It is a great perk that would make me consider staying and not going to another building. It pushed me actually to sign the lease when I knew these classes existed and I tried it and they were good and most importantly for free.

The instructors are professional and aware of senior limitations, while working to help push back at the limitations. I had been looking for a fitness program that I would stick with and it looks like guided fitness is that program.

I have REALLY enjoyed the in person fitness classes so far. It's a huge perk of living at One Hill South. Jasmin Ali is a great trainer. I hope Guided Fitness continues to offer more classes, as it really does improve quality of life and wellness.

Thank you for this great chance to have fitness classes where we live at pointe at east shore through guided fitness especially the in person classes, as It’s really save the time and transportation to go to outside gym center , but I only have one suggestion and it will be more better and convenient to me and I think also to more other neighbors from residents to join If the time of the in person classes can be during the weekends days like Saturdays or Sundays afternoons or if it will be during the week days if that’s possible to make it from 6:30pm or after 6:30pm to be more convenient for people who’s working and finish their work late. Thank you in advance. I hope & pray always to stay healthy and active even when I’m getting older 😔😀and for all of you as well. Thank you points at east shore management and office team and maintenance team as well. God bless you all Have a lovely days 🥰

With the gym being closed and the overall inconveniences with the renovation noises and look, the Guded Fitness service provides something pleasant. I love that there are also cooking classes, great time to bond at home.

I really like the guided fitness classes at Sitka, particularly since they’ve been extended to one hour and occur more often and on a regular basis. They also taught us how to use different equipment in the gym so I also use the gym more often since then.

The weekly Tuesday training with Mindy has been amazing for both myself and my wife as we both attend regularly. Mindy is very patient, informative, and ensures that everyone is performing the correct exercises versus just being someone there to babysit a training class. She really is committed seeing people that attend her classes become better in fitness and health.

This class provides a huge benefit (search medical literature on benefits of yoga) at an insignificant cost relative to the costs of running a 300+ unit apartment complex. The marginal cost for the nth resident to attend yoga class is zero. This means that yoga is one of the best services/amenities that the Lodge could possibly provide. We don't need nutrition classes or "body sculpting" classes but yoga provides substantial, medically validated benefits. This is an essential component of my choice to live at Lodge Denver West.

Whipping my physical health back into shape has been on my neglected to-do list for a ridiculously long time. Coming home late and mentally drained from work also makes it impossible to consider walking back out my door to exercise—especially with cooking and washing up after being a very real thing...
